We’re excited to welcome you! Before signing up, please read the information below carefully, as our long stay offer works a little differently from traditional rentals.
What You Need to Know
We are a hotel offering monthly rates, not a standard rental apartment.
This offer is available between 1 September 2025 and 31 March 2026.
The maximum stay is 6 months.
Registration at our address is not possible, as we operate under hotel regulations.
In addition to the monthly rent, we charge tourist tax of €3.50 per night (approx. €105/month).
Bed linen is not included, so please bring your own.
Weekly bathroom cleaning is included and mandatory. This helps us maintain hygiene standards for everyone.

Small Private Room
€850 + €105 tourist tax per month
Perfect for busy young professionals, this compact room comes with a comfortable bed, a desk for focused work, and a private bathroom. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen on the second floor—ideal for preparing your own meals and meeting fellow residents.
Large Private Room
€1,000 + €105 tourist tax per month
Designed for guests who plan to spend more time at the hotel, this spacious 24m² room includes the same amenities as the small private room, with the added benefit of extra space to relax or work comfortably.
Bed in 6-Bed Shared Dormitory
€400 + €105 tourist tax per month
A great option for those on a budget, especially if you’re new to The Hague. Our shared dormitory offers a welcoming environment where guests often connect and share experiences. Each bed includes a personal locker, and the ensuite bathroom is shared only with your roommates. Ideal for students or young professionals looking to build a local network from day one.

To get started, simply fill out the interest form attached. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll give you a quick call to go over the details and confirm that you're genuinely interested in the long stay arrangement.
If everything looks good, we’ll send you the rental contract for review. After signing, you’ll be asked to pay a €500 deposit to secure your booking.
