Are you ready to become a hospitality hero?
As a Front Desk Intern at The Golden Stork, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our international guests. Your tasks will include check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, handling reservations, and working closely with the cleaning team. You’ll also gain valuable experience with our reservation system, communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out.
Manage reservations and coordinate with the cleaning team.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
Troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and professionally.
Ensure smooth operations of the front desk and assist with any guest inquiries.
Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining records and managing financial transactions.
Who We Are Looking For:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: A friendly and helpful attitude to ensure exceptional service.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks such as check-ins, answering inquiries, and handling requests.
Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient problem-solving skills.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Basic Computer Skills: Experience with reservation systems is a plus but not required.
