Lights twinkled, glasses clinked, and music filled the air as we celebrated the much-anticipated grand opening of Petals & Pals. It was an evening of culinary delight, vibrant ambiance, and memorable moments that will linger in our hearts and taste buds. From the deliciously cold beer served by Kompaan Brewery and our much loved Photo Booth corner to the lively DJ performance and live band, this evening marked a significant milestone for The Golden Stork.

To the people behind it...

A big shoutout to Dennis and Marcel van der Plas, the entrepreneurial brothers who embarked on their business journey seven years ago. Starting with a hostel now known as Hostel The Golden Stork in The Hague, they have since expanded their business by adding Urban Hotel The Golden Stork and Bar-Restaurant Petals & Pals to the Netherlands. Together with the marketing team, they carefully crafted the event, making the grand opening a success, from start to finish.

Of course, no celebration is complete without entertainment, and our grand opening event was no exception. Live music filled the air, adding to the festive atmosphere and keeping guests entertained throughout the evening. From soothing jazz melodies to upbeat tunes that had everyone dancing, the music set the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night.

One of the highlights of the evening was, of course, the food. Our talented chefs outdid themselves, serving some mouthwatering bites that our guests indulged in throughout the night. We are grateful for such a hardworking and skilled team.
